Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the 420Club Flower Finder website and mobile app (the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

21+ only

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the service, and your use must comply with the laws that apply to you and your location. The app requires a 21+ confirmation before any content is shown.

Discovery only — no sales, no ordering

The service is informational. It does not sell cannabis and does not support ordering, purchasing, reservations, carts, checkout, pickup, or delivery of any kind. Store pages link to a store's own homepage, directions, or phone number only. Any transaction you make with a store is entirely between you and that store.

Listings are not guarantees

Store details, product sightings, prices, and deals shown in the service are cached and informational. They may be incomplete, delayed, mislabeled, out of date, or wrong, and early-launch content includes clearly labeled sample data. Availability changes constantly. Nothing in the service is live inventory, an offer, or a promise that a product is on a shelf. Always confirm availability, pricing, and your eligibility directly with the licensed store before visiting.

Independent stores

Stores listed in the directory are independent, licensed businesses. Listing a store does not mean the store endorses 420Club or that we endorse the store, and we are not responsible for their products, prices, or conduct.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service if you are under 21, or where doing so is unlawful.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Don't scrape or harvest the service's data, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Don't submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through request forms.

We may suspend or block access that violates these rules.

Alerts and notifications

Watchlist alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee — they depend on cached data, notification platforms, and your device settings, and may be delayed, missed, or sent for items that are no longer available.

Our content

The 420Club name, logo, artwork, and the service's design and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Store names belong to their respective owners.

Purchases and subscriptions

The current release contains no purchases and no subscriptions — the service is free to use. If optional subscriptions launch in the future (for example through Google Play), separate terms and pricing will be presented before you are ever charged.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 420Club and the people who build it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make in reliance on listings — including trips made to a store based on a cached sighting.

Changes to the service and these terms

The service is in an early local launch and will change — features, coverage areas, and data sources may be added, altered, or removed at any time. If these terms materially change, the "Last updated" date changes and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law.
